Median sold price by county (highest to lowest)
How to read these numbers
The headline figure for each county is the median price of homes actually sold over the last 12 months, from the official Property Price Register — not asking prices, which tend to run lower or higher depending on the market. County averages hide enormous variation: a city-centre apartment and a rural cottage in the same county can differ by a factor of three. Use the county page as context, then search the specific address for what matters.
