Summary: Irish Home Ledger is operated by Auvorix. We collect your email to give you access to property reports, and optionally collect buyer-profile information to improve our service. We never sell your data. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@irishhomeledger.ie.

Who We Are

Irish Home Ledger is an Irish property intelligence platform operated by Auvorix. Our website is irishhomeledger.ie.

For the purposes of GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988–2018, Auvorix is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

We do not collect: credit/debit card numbers (handled entirely by Stripe), government identifiers, or sensitive personal data as defined by GDPR Article 9.

You can clear all localStorage data at any time via your browser's developer tools or privacy settings. Clearing ihl_session signs you out immediately.

Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Request deletion of your data. Payment records may be retained for 7 years per legal obligation.

Right to restrict processing (Art. 18)

Ask us to limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved.

Right to data portability (Art. 20)

Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Right to object (Art. 21)

Object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing.

Withdraw consent (Art. 7(3))

Withdraw analytics or marketing consent at any time without affecting past processing.

Lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission Ireland.

To exercise any right, email privacy@irishhomeledger.ie. We will respond within 30 days.

Account deletion: To delete your account and associated data, email privacy@irishhomeledger.ie with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email address associated with your account.

Children's Privacy

Irish Home Ledger is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at privacy@irishhomeledger.ie and we will delete it promptly.
