How We Use Your Data
- Deliver property reports — We use your email to create an account, send purchase confirmation emails, and give you access to reports you have paid for or accessed.
- Authentication — Magic-link emails are sent to verify your identity and let you access your reports without a password.
- Property score calculator — Data you enter into the calculator (address, price, BER, etc.) is used solely to compute your score in-browser. It is not stored in our database unless it comes from our own data sources.
- Improving our service — With your consent, anonymised analytics help us understand which features are used most and improve the platform.
- Lead qualification (optional) — If you complete the optional buyer profile form, we use this to understand market demand. We do not sell this data.
