Who We Are
Irish Home Ledger is a property intelligence platform operated by Auvorix. The platform aggregates publicly available property data from the Irish market — including listings from Daft.ie and MyHome.ie, sales records from the Property Price Register (PPR), and Building Energy Rating (BER) certificates — and presents it in structured, commercially useful reports.
For the purposes of EU data protection law (GDPR), Auvorix acts as the Data Controller in respect of all personal data collected through this website and its associated services.

Services
Irish Home Ledger provides the following services via irishhomeledger.ie:
- Free property search — search any Irish property by Eircode or address and view a summary of public data including BER rating, asking price, and comparable sales teasers.
- Property Intelligence Reports (paid) — a one-time payment of €29.99 per property unlocks a full report including PPR price history, investment scoring, room analysis, BER retrofit cost estimates, and negotiation insights.
- Buyer lead matching — buyers who voluntarily submit their contact details and preferences are matched, with consent, to verified property professionals (estate agents, mortgage advisors, banks).
By accessing or using any part of this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
