Who We Are

Irish Home Ledger is a property intelligence platform operated by Auvorix. The platform aggregates publicly available property data from the Irish market — including listings from Daft.ie and MyHome.ie, sales records from the Property Price Register (PPR), and Building Energy Rating (BER) certificates — and presents it in structured, commercially useful reports.

For the purposes of EU data protection law (GDPR), Auvorix acts as the Data Controller in respect of all personal data collected through this website and its associated services.

Refund Policy

Once a Property Intelligence Report has been generated and delivered (i.e., the payment verification endpoint returns the report data), the purchase is final and non-refundable. This is consistent with EU Consumer Rights Directive provisions for digital content that has been supplied with the consumer's prior express consent.

If your payment was processed but you did not receive access to your report due to a technical error on our side, please contact us at support@irishhomeledger.ie and we will resolve the issue within 2 business days.
